Order and Booking Process

Customers must book equipment by selecting the required items, adding them to the cart, and completing the order through the website.

After the order is completed, a text message containing the order number will be sent. Once the order and customer information are verified, the booking will be confirmed and the equipment will be reserved.

Customers may complete payment through the website.

Order Cancellation After Payment

At Final, we accept cancellation requests regardless of the reason. You may cancel any order as long as the item has not been reserved or delivered.

Refund Options

• A full refund will be issued as credit to the electronic wallet if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the booking time.
• The wallet credit can be used at any time within the platform.
• Cash refunds are not available.

Rental Terms

• Final undertakes to deliver the items and equipment to the customer once the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.
• Final shall comply with the rental agreement terms without prejudice to the renter’s right to rent the equipment during the term of this agreement.
• The renter acknowledges that they have fully inspected the products subject to the agreement, received them in good condition, and confirmed their suitability for use.
• The renter shall be responsible for any damage or loss affecting the rented equipment.
• The renter agrees to return the equipment at the end of the specified rental period in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• The renter shall be responsible, at their own expense, for all costs required to maintain or repair any damage to the rented equipment.
• The renter is required to accept a promissory note equal to the value of the rented equipment as a guarantee in case the device is lost or stolen.
• The renter is required to present the original ID and verify their information through the platform.
